At LambDonne, we aim to deliver every smile, snuggle, and outfit as swiftly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders!
🚚 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Australia only

⏱️ Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

💸 Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
- Flat rates or real-time rates shown at checkout based on your location
✨ Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey from our studio to your doorstep.
🎁 Split Shipments
If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, they may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll be notified if this applies.
🚫 Address Issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Orders lost due to incorrect addresses
- Unclaimed packages or failed delivery attempts
