If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
- Items in new, unworn condition
- Tags still attached
- In original packaging
Please email us at sales.lambdonne@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit method within 5–10 business days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final Sale items
- Washed or worn items
- Items with stains, perfume, or pet hair
- Gift cards or digital downloads
🎁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
💌 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re so sorry! If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at sales.lambdonne@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
